Upgrading My PC: What Parts Can I Keep?

Hey everyone! I'm gearing up to upgrade my PC and I'd appreciate some guidance. Here's what I currently have:

- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 10GB
- CPU: Intel i7-11700F at 2.50GHz
- RAM: TForce (3x8GB)
- SSD: Apacer AS2280P4 1TB
- Motherboard: Gigabyte Z590 UD AC

I'm planning to upgrade my GPU to an AMD 9070XT since prices seem to be rising, especially here in Portugal. I'm looking to upgrade step-by-step while keeping some parts for now. What do you think? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Make sure to check your power supply! Also, having three RAM sticks isn't optimal. What speed are your RAM modules running at?

I have technically four sticks, but I think one might be faulty. I should probably test it. As for the power supply, I was thinking about upgrading as I've had some issues with it. Any recommendations?
