Hey everyone! I'm considering upgrading my old PC significantly and would love your input. I'm planning to reuse my CPU cooler, the ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO, and my GPU, a Zotac Twin Edge OC GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB. For my new build, I'm looking at:
- **CPU:** Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- **Motherboard:** MSI X870 GAMING PLUS WIFI or GIGABYTE X870 Aorus Elite WiFi7 (not sure which is better)
- **RAM:** Kingston FURY Beast 64GB DDR5-6000 CL30
- **SSD:** Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB M.2
- **PSU:** GIGABYTE Aorus Elite GP-AE850PM PG5 850W 80 Plus Platinum (currently have a 650W; not sure if that'll suffice)
What do you all think? I built my previous PC and made some poor choices, particularly with a weak CPU (i5-10400F), and I want to avoid that mistake this time. Any tips or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

I'd recommend going with the GIGABYTE motherboard; it's generally regarded as better than MSI. Also, an 850W PSU is more than enough for that setup, especially with your 9800X3D and the 3060 Ti. Your RAM and SSD choices look solid as well!
What specifically makes the GIGABYTE board better? I'm leaning towards it since my case and fans are from them, but I'm worried about it being visually appealing as I want a sleek all-black look.
