USB 3.0 Connector Not Fitting Properly – Suggestions?

I recently upgraded to a new motherboard, and now the USB 3.0 connector is positioned on the side instead of the bottom. The issue is that it won't fully seat in my current case, and because of that, only one USB port seems to be working. I've included a picture to show the problem. It looks like the bracket is in the way, and there's a lot of tension when I try to connect it. Do I need to get a new case, or is there another solution?

It might look like it isn’t fully seated, but it can still be in place. I’d suggest checking if any pins are bent first or if there’s any other obstruction. If only one USB port works, it could be a connection issue from not being installed right. Give it another look before you decide on a new case!

Yeah, I get what you're saying! But if the connector needed bending to fit, that could definitely affect the connection. Maybe take a close look inside, just in case you damaged something when you were tweaking it.
