Hey folks! I just picked up an ASUS Prime B650M-R motherboard and I'm curious about something. If I install two M.2 SSDs on this board, will it impact the performance of my graphics card? I wasn't sure how to phrase my question, and maybe that's why I didn't find the answers I need. Thanks for taking the time to read! Here's a link to the motherboard specs for reference: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-b650m-r/

Exactly! Since the manual doesn't indicate shared lanes, you won't lose any speed on your M.2_1 or your GPU bandwidth when using M.2_2. It looks like you're in for a smooth experience, so it’s all good news!

The good news is the manual for the ASUS Prime B650M-R doesn’t show that there are any shared PCIe lanes between the M.2 slots and the GPU slot, so you should be just fine installing both SSDs without losing any performance on your graphics card.
