I recently set up a new PC and installed Valorant, but I'm encountering an issue where it gets stuck on the loading screen, zoomed in on Veto's face, and fails to progress after a short while. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Riot and Valorant, but the problem persists. To make matters worse, I often have to restart my computer because neither Valorant nor Riot will close properly. Any suggestions?

You might want to check if your motherboard's BIOS and your GPU drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause games to not load correctly.
It’s possible that some pre-installed software on your new PC is conflicting with Valorant. Make sure to check for any apps that Riot might not work well with.
I did transfer a lot of data from my laptop to this new PC; could that be causing any issues?
