The 64GB RAM is likely overkill for gaming, especially given current RAM prices. You could save $200-$300 by going for a 32GB kit instead. That should be more than enough for gaming.
I'd skip the 5k monitor for gaming. They're tough to run at high framerates, and you'd be better off with a 4K display that pairs well with your RTX 5080. High-end cards can handle 4K well, although you might want a 5090 for serious ultrawide gaming. Stick with 4K for a smoother experience.
