Weird PC Issue with Function Keys and Mods Pressed Accidentally

I've been dealing with a strange problem on my PC ever since I built it in 2023. For some reason, all the function keys, along with both Ctrl, Shift, Alt, and the Windows key, are triggered simultaneously. It happens randomly every minute or so and can last anywhere from a minute to five. Restarting the PC sometimes helps, but not always. I've gone through the hassle of reinstalling both Windows 10 and 11 multiple times, formatting my drive, updating and even downgrading the BIOS, and resetting all HID drivers. I've replaced my motherboard as well, but that only solved the issue for about two months. I'm still unsure whether it's a hardware or software issue, and I really don't want to fork out 200€ for someone to diagnose the problem, especially not when a new CPU like the R7 5800X3D isn't cheap. I'm considering changing the PSU, as I've heard it could help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Sorry if my message isn't very clear, English isn't my first language. By the way, I used to have an Asus TUF Gaming B550 Plus WiFi II, and now I'm using an Asus ROG Strix B550.

It sounds more like a software issue. Have you done a clean install of Windows without any keyboard drivers? This might help isolate if it's the keyboard or some software conflict.

Make sure your BIOS settings are reset to default. Sometimes, odd configurations can lead to problems like these. But if you've already changed the motherboard, it might be something else.

It's also worth testing your system without any keyboard connected at all. If the problem persists, it suggests something more complex going on.

Definitely check your PSU if you're looking into hardware possibilities. Power issues can also lead the system to behave weirdly, like key inputs being stuck.

Have you tried using a different keyboard? Sometimes, keyboard defects can cause issues like the one you're experiencing.
