Hey everyone! I've been a system administrator for a decade and have used various antivirus (AV) solutions in corporate settings. Now, as my ESET license is set to expire next year, I want to ensure my personal Windows devices are equally protected. I'm curious about what antivirus programs you all are currently using or would recommend for personal computers. Any thoughts?

I stick with Malwarebytes since I got a lifetime license ages ago. It’s super reliable for scans, and I usually have it running alongside Bitdefender for extra coverage.
I've been using Windows Defender for years, and honestly, I think it's pretty sufficient for most users. Just make sure to be cautious with any downloads and emails to keep malware at bay.
Windows Defender paired with some browser add-ons like uBlock Origin works well for me. I've also tried AppLocker for added security, but it’s mostly about being smart with what you click.
Do they still offer that lifetime license? I heard it might not be available anymore, which is a bummer!
