I'm currently using Xcitium for antivirus, but I'm really unhappy with the recent price hikes and the fact that they promised features that weren't actually available at onboarding. Now I'm on the hunt for alternatives and would love to hear what software you all are using for antivirus, mobile device management (MDM), and remote support. Just to give you some context, we mainly operate in a Windows environment but we do have some iOS and Android devices for MDM. Any recommendations?

I've found success with NinjaOne for management, CrowdStrike for antivirus, and I'm also using Bitdefender EDR with Intune for MDM.

We’ve been very happy using Sophos Intercept X with XDR and MTR—it's been solid for years. For MDM, we've gone with Manage Engine, and for remote support, TeamViewer is our go-to. Though, I'm thinking about changing TeamViewer soon.

I use Microsoft Intune for MDM and Microsoft Defender for antivirus. For remote support, AnyDesk has been working out for us, but we're considering switching to RustDesk.

If you're managing Macs, I'd definitely suggest JAMF—it's the best option out there. For Windows, it depends on how deep you're diving into Microsoft's solutions. If you’re already in the Microsoft ecosystem, Intune along with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Conditional Access can be super powerful. For something different, you might want to check out Ninja One or Google Workspace.

I've been using Mosyle for our Macs. It works pretty well, though it's got some quirks.

We stick to Microsoft tools mainly, using Azure and Intune for MDM, along with Windows Defender for antivirus. For remote support, we use Splashtop.
