Hey everyone! I'm looking for some recommendations on antivirus solutions for 2025. I've been using S1, and recently dabbled with Threatdown OneView (which is similar to Malwarebytes) over the last year, mostly to get a feel for it. I'm considering switching back to S1 since they've added some new integrations. However, I've heard about Huntress too—my understanding is it's meant to complement an antivirus rather than replace it. I'd love to hear your thoughts on what the best options are at the moment!

If you're in the Microsoft ecosystem, definitely go for Defender for Endpoint. It's very efficient, especially if you're using E5 licenses.
I’m a fan of ESET—it has a small footprint and has been reliable in defending against threats. Plus, it's easy to deploy across multiple devices.
CrowdStrike Falcon is my team's go-to. It might be pricier than some, but it’s super effective, and their quarterly review is a nice feature to ensure everything’s in check.
I've heard mixed things about them. Some say they missed some crucial threats in our environment.
We've been using Sophos paired with Huntress, and it's been working really well for us! Sophos has great features and Huntress adds another layer of security.
Got to agree! Huntress works great alongside any AV solution.
Windows Defender is a solid choice. It's built right into Windows and offers a pretty comprehensive level of protection without extra costs.
Hey big spender! Windows Defender is legit; it gets better every update!
Are you talking about the basic Defender or the Defender for Office 365? There's a difference!
Another vote for ESET! It has caught a lot for us without bogging down the systems.
