I'm looking to switch from our current security awareness platform because of high costs and poor reporting capabilities. We have around 2,000 employees, many of whom work frontline and without regular desk access, making it hard to track engagement and security behavior across the board. Currently, we're frustrated by the enterprise tax we're paying for outdated tools that don't give us meaningful insights into risk reduction. Our reports only show who clicked on what but not if our overall security stance is improving. I'm seeking alternatives to KnowBe4 that can handle enterprise scale without the hefty markup. Ideally, I want robust phishing simulations and real analytics that reflect actual user behavior. If anyone has experience switching from KnowBe4 recently, I would love to hear your thoughts!

We recently switched from KnowBe4 to Curricula, which was bought by Huntress. It’s been working well for us! The users seem to respond positively to the training, even though the course-building part was a bit tedious for some of us. Overall, the pricing is reasonable compared to others, and we’re happy with the quality of simulations too.
Check out Mimecast. They have regular updates and good quality phishing simulations. The reporting gave us good insights, including tracking users who clicked on stuff they shouldn’t have. It’s really been beneficial for us across the board.
I’ve heard great things about Ninjio. A lot of people say it’s really engaging, and users actually enjoy attending the training sessions. They offer options to buy directly or through a managed service provider. Just curious though, how well does it report behavior for a larger staff?
We went with Barracuda after ditching KnowBe4 and haven’t looked back. Even though some folks have mixed feelings about Barracuda, they’ve worked well for our organization of over 3,000 users.
Interesting! Did you find their reporting helpful for monitoring progress and engagement?
We just moved to a solution called ZenGuide by Proofpoint. We’re still in the onboarding phase, but so far it looks promising. I’ve liked what I’ve seen, and I think it could be a solid choice.

That sounds great! I’m curious though, how is the reporting feature working for your frontline staff?
