What are some budget-friendly graphics card options for an outdated gaming setup?

I've been out of PC gaming for quite some time, and I'm looking to upgrade my old graphics card. My current setup includes a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU, a B450 Aorus M motherboard, and 16GB of DDR4 memory, but I'm stuck with a Radeon HD 7870 from my last build back in 2012. I know that graphics cards can be pricey nowadays, but I'm hoping to find something decent that I can get for around $250. I'm open to buying used, and really just want to be able to play games like Elden Ring, Cyberpunk, and the Oblivion remaster without too many issues. Any suggestions?

Check out the used market! A 6700 XT would be a great choice. If you'd prefer new, look into Intel Arc cards. But keep in mind, if you go for an Intel card, you might want to upgrade your CPU too.

What price range should I be expecting for that?
