My team currently relies on Opsgenie and Prometheus to manage critical incidents, but since Opsgenie is shutting down in 2027, I'm looking for other tools to consider. I would love to hear about your experiences with similar options, especially if they are user-friendly and open source.

You might want to look into ilert. They have resources on how to migrate from Opsgenie, which could be really helpful. Just a heads up, I work there, so I'm a bit biased! But feel free to ask if you have any questions about it.
Don't forget about PagerDuty! It’s a popular choice among many teams and might fit your needs.
Have you tried Zabbix? It's a free option that many folks in the community recommend for monitoring.
Incident.io and PagerDuty are both solid alternatives as well. I don’t think it’s a tough choice for platform teams when you consider how effective they can be.
