I've been looking into security tools and came across the Opswat Drive 2, which is a USB stick that boots into a live system and performs a full scan of a computer using multiple antivirus engines. This could be really handy for networks with high-security needs or for addressing infected machines. While I haven't checked pricing yet, I suspect it might involve some subscription model, as one-time purchases are becoming rarer.
Interestingly, many antivirus companies provide their live boot discs for free, mainly charging for real-time protection services. I'm curious if anyone knows of any cool, lesser-known, or even free alternatives to the Opswat Drive? I realize that one could boot different live discs, but that can be pretty inconvenient. Has anyone used the Opswat Drive before?

If you’re operating in a higher security environment, you should really limit random devices on your network and reimage anything that seems suspicious. Just some food for thought!
I often use Hiren's Boot CD along with a Ventoy USB drive. It has a lot of tools for various tasks, and for anything not included, you can easily add more ISOs using Ventoy. It's a versatile combo!
That Opswat Drive sounds cool, but keep in mind that signature files can get outdated quickly, leading to potential missed threats. It might be better to stick with solutions that update automatically.
Actually, the Opswat stick updates its definitions over Wi-Fi or mobile, so it shouldn’t have that issue. But you're right; many live boot discs do that!

I get what you mean, but just booting multiple live discs isn't very user-friendly. It’s great to have options, though!
