I'm looking for a power supply unit (PSU) that can handle about 130 watts at most. My priority is to find one that is very reliable and has solid protections in place. Ideally, I'd like it to be either gold, platinum, or titanium rated for efficiency, while also being as affordable as possible. For example, a 350 watt titanium PSU seems like it could fit the bill.

Cost definitely plays a role in your options, but just to clarify, are you specifically looking for something under a certain budget? It's a bit tricky to find high-efficiency PSUs at lower wattage without jumping into the more expensive models.

You might find that many low wattage PSUs compromise on efficiency and build quality. Generally, to get that efficiency rating, you should look at at least 500 watts. Just a heads up, the wattage you see doesn't directly correlate with how much it will consume. For instance, a 1600 watt PSU will still draw a minimum of 20 watts even with low-power components.
