I'm looking to create my own apps and want to know what are the best free mobile apps available for learning Swift and SwiftUI. Any suggestions?

You can also find a lot of tutorials on YouTube! A visual approach might help with understanding concepts better.
Swift Playgrounds is fantastic for beginners! It's developed by Apple, so it integrates smoothly with iOS, and you can create projects right on your iPad. Highly recommend giving it a try!
Besides Swift Playgrounds, I’d suggest checking out Hacking with Swift. They offer a ton of free resources, along with some great paid books. It covers a lot of ground and is beginner-friendly!
Swift Playgrounds is indeed great for starting out! I found the interactive coding to be super helpful while I was learning to build a simple fitness tracker app. Hacking with Swift is also awesome for those tricky UI animations—Paul Hudson explains things really well!
