I'm looking for recommendations on Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools since it's my first time implementing one in our organization. We have about 120 people and mainly need it to handle Windows updates, monitor end-user machines, and push out group policies. What options do you think would work best for us?

We've had a great experience with NinjaOne. It's user-friendly and includes all the features you would expect from an RMM tool.
Choosing the best RMM really depends on what you need from it. With your size, a tool that offers good patch management and user monitoring capabilities would be ideal.
If you're looking for something free, you might want to check out Action1. It can manage up to 200 endpoints for free and does an excellent job with patching.
For easy patching and application deployments, PDQ Connect is really effective. It's straightforward and works well for smaller organizations.
I’ve heard good things about NinjaOne. However, I do want to warn you that their support can be hit or miss. Just keep that in mind if you run into issues.
