I run a small business and we currently use Defender for Endpoint, specifically a mix of P1 and P2 licenses that we get for free in our package. I'm really impressed with Defender and would love to upgrade everyone to P2 once the budget allows. In the meantime, I'm curious if anyone has experience with additional solutions that can either bolster Defender's capabilities or cover any gaps it might have. Are there any useful integrations or complementary tools that work well alongside it? We already utilize Entra Protect for our identity management, but I'm looking for any other tools, whether from Microsoft or elsewhere, that could enhance our overall security setup.

In my experience working for a larger organization, we replaced McAfee and Carbon Black with just Defender, and it has been great for us. It might help to do a risk assessment or follow a framework like NIST CSF or CIS controls to pinpoint areas that need more focus. What specific gaps are you trying to address?
When I worked with my last MSP, we added Huntress as a complement to our EDR setup, and it worked wonders. It's worth checking out!
Are you referring to Microsoft Defender for Identity? Just wanted to clarify what you meant by Entra Protect!
