I'm looking for recommendations on the quietest AIO coolers available without changing the stock fans. Ideally, the cooler should have no software requirements, RGB, USB connections, and feature a pump optimized for minimal noise. I also want to avoid issues like coil whine. In my research, I've found the following: 1. Phanteks T30 G2 2. be quiet! SL2 3. Corsair Nautilus 4. Arctic LF 3 Pro. I noticed that if I swap the stock fans with Noctua NF-A12x25 G2, the rankings for the first two would switch. Any thoughts on this?

I've heard that Arctic coolers are among the quietest, but for almost absolute silence, why not consider passive cooling? You won't hear any fans that way!

Really? But isn't there a concern that the VRM fan still adds noise? That could be another sound source.
