What can I do if my client isn’t paying their CSP bills?

I'm an Azure CSP provider and I'm dealing with a few clients who haven't been able to pay their bills. I'm looking for options to restrict or disable their services, but I want to explore all possibilities before consulting with a legal team. Any suggestions on how to approach this situation? Thanks!

You could definitely start by switching off their tenant access. Disabling services like email, OneDrive, and Cloud can sometimes prompt clients to pay up.

If you really want to address this, you can suspend their services for a while. According to Microsoft, after 90 days of non-payment, you have the option to remove their access entirely.

Where can I find that information about the 90 days rule?
