I'm looking for recommendations on computer brands that have reliable customer support. I've had a tough time with HP, as it's hard to understand their support team. Are there any brands that stand out for their service?

From my experience, the best warranties come with enterprise machines, but they can be pricey, often over $100 a year just for the warranty. So if you're looking for solid support, consider the cost involved if you want a good experience.
I think both HP and Dell should be approached with caution. Honestly, HP has been a nightmare for me. Lenovo usually gets a thumbs up for being the least problematic among the big names. I would steer clear of HP if I were you!
I've been my own IT person for a long time and have only called customer support three times, all for warranty claims after diagnosing the issues myself. If you avoid the cheaper consumer-grade products, you'll likely have a smoother experience overall.
I'm considering a Mac myself since I work from home, but I do prefer Windows. Not too keen on Windows 11 though!
