I'm looking for cooler recommendations for my Intel I7-11700K, which I've heard can run pretty hot. I was wondering if an air cooler like the Peerless Assassin would work well for this CPU. Also, I'm trying to find an AIO cooler that supports LGA 1200, but I keep coming across the Corsair H100i Elite Capellix and nothing else.

The Peerless Assassin is definitely up to the task; it can handle high-performance CPUs like some Ryzen 9s and i9s too. If you're looking for alternatives, check out the Thermalright Aqua Elite V4—it's keeping my Ryzen 9700X nice and cool.

For your setup, both the Peerless Assassin and Phantom Spirit would be excellent choices. Also, remember that LGA 1200 has the same mounting points as LGA 115x, so many coolers will be compatible.

Any dual tower cooler like the PA120 or PS120 should work perfectly fine for your i7. Also, try checking pcpartpicker.com to browse through various CPU coolers. It's odd that you're only seeing the H100i, as there are tons of 240/360mm AIOs that support LGA 1200.

Honestly, Corsair water coolers aren't the best option. I'd recommend getting a Liquid Freezer 3 along with the LGA 1200 mounting kit instead.

I've got the Peerless Assassin on my setup and it does a great job keeping my CPU cool! Before that, I used a Noctua D15, but now it's handling my 9800X3D. Really can't go wrong with the Peerless!
