My dad and stepmom have been getting moisture warnings on their phones and tablets, even though they're not wet at all. Their ports are clean, I cleared the USB cache, and all their ports were replaced back in December for the same issue. Interestingly, my phone is working fine, and the only difference I can think of is that I use genuine iPhone chargers. I'm not sure if their chargers are legit, but could that be a reason for these warnings?

Have you guys checked the humidity in their area? It might not be super high, but if it's enough, it could still be a factor. Also, why did they change the ports in the first place? Just asking because that might help narrow things down!
It might help to clean the ports with some 90% alcohol and a cotton bud. Sometimes even a little dust or residue can cause those moisture warnings.
