My budget is around $3,000 to $3,500 USD. However, I've heard reports of issues with AM5 motherboards damaging CPUs, which makes me hesitant. I plan to use programs like Unreal Engine and Touch Designer, but I also want to make sure I'm not wasting too much power. Any suggestions?
