As a freelancer, I'm looking for effective ways to manage client relationships, including billing, agreements, task tracking, and overall client history. I came across Bonsai but have heard mixed reviews about it. What tools do you recommend that can help streamline these processes?

You might want to start with Excel! It’s a solid way to figure out what management flow works for you. Later on, you can decide if you want a specialized tool.
I've seen some people do amazing things with Excel! It really makes you think twice about whether you really need a dedicated tool.
I've been using Bonsai for a couple of years now, and it’s been great for keeping everything organized in one place. However, I've also set up a custom database in Notion that handles everything except billing, and I'm comparing the two this quarter.
That’s an awful suggestion! But I appreciate your input.
