Hey everyone! I'm curious about a software called Nexthink that my department might be considering. Currently, we manage our devices with Intune, and it seems like Nexthink could enhance our troubleshooting capabilities on end user devices. I've been trying to find more information and would love to hear your opinions or experiences with it, especially since I'm still gathering all the details. Thanks for any insight you can share!

We've had Nexthink for about 7-8 years now, and honestly, we're looking to get rid of it soon because it’s pretty pricey. If you're not utilizing it to its full potential, it just eats into the budget. It focuses heavily on the digital employee experience and can track app performance and network status, but it really requires dedicated staff to make the most out of it. Our team didn't have the time to fully invest in it, which was frustrating since there were some useful features. I did like the device timeline it provided; it helped track events such as installs and user activity, but overall, I found it lacking and slow, especially the UI.
Thanks for sharing this! It's good to know that it might require a lot of resources to get it running effectively. If it's going to add complexity to what we're already handling in Intune without a full commitment from the team, we might need to rethink this.
