I'm putting together a budget gaming PC and I want to get some feedback on my setup. Here's what I'm planning:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
- **GPU**: Colorful GeForce RTX 3060 NB 12G-V 12GB GDDR6
- **MOBO**: GIGABYTE B550M DS3H R2 Micro-ATX
- **RAM**: ORICO DDR4 16GB (8GBx2) 3200MHz CL16
- **SSD**: Lexar NM710 M.2 2280 NVMe SSD 1TB
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Assassin Spirit 120 Plus V2
- **PSU**: MSI MAG A650BN 650W
- **Case**: Cool Master Elite 301
This all comes to about 45,000 PHP (around 790 USD) max without considering discounts from online sellers. I'd appreciate any corrections or recommendations on this build. Also, do you think I should add a back fan for the case? It has three pre-installed fans in the front, but nothing on the back. Just to note, I'm building this as a standalone system with no plans to upgrade later.

What resolution and FPS are you aiming for? The Ryzen 5600 is decent for 1080p gaming at 60-120 FPS with your GPU. I personally upgraded from the 5600 to a 5700x3D and noticed significant performance enhancements, but it's much pricier here. Just make sure the 5600 meets your needs for the kind of games you play!

Yeah, I'm mainly playing less demanding games, so I think the 5600 should hold up fine for what I want. The price difference is just too much for me right now!

Your build looks pretty solid for a budget rig! Just a heads up, while 32GB of RAM would be ideal for future-proofing, 16GB should still be sufficient for most gaming, especially if you're not targeting the latest AAA titles. Also, think about a PSU upgrade to 750W if you can. It’ll give you some headroom for the future. As for the back fan, I’d recommend adding one if you're concerned about airflow, especially since it’s all about keeping your components cool!
