I'm looking for opinions on my gaming build that I've put together for under $2,000, targeting 1440p gaming performance. I've included parts like the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, a 64 GB RAM setup for 3D modeling, and other components totaling $1,939.82. Would love to hear what you all think about the component choices, particularly regarding the PSU and RAM size!

If you're open to alternatives, I found a cheaper build with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and a 5070 Ti. It brings the total down a bit, plus it’s quite capable!
Overall, your build looks solid! The PSU might be a bit overkill, but having extra wattage isn’t a bad idea for future upgrades. Just a heads-up, it’s more power than most current setups need, but if you plan on upgrading down the line, it could pay off!
Exactly, it’s a strong rig right now for 1440p! I’d keep it as is for the next few years.
Right? It's only a few bucks more for the 1000W compared to an 850W. Might as well future-proof it! Good thinking!

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll definitely check out that PSU brand you mentioned, never heard of it before. Is it reliable?
