Your build looks solid! The only concern I have is with the RAM. The latency seems a bit high, and while 16GB is generally fine, with your CPU and GPU setup, I’d definitely recommend upgrading to 32GB in the future. Despite the current RAM shortage, you shouldn't hesitate if you can find something better.
Can you explain what you mean by latency and how to improve it?
If you're open to spending a little more, you could upgrade to a better RAM option with 32GB and good speed. There’s even the option to get a 9070 graphics card if your budget allows. I had issues finding specific RAM too. I ended up choosing some 2x8GB Kingston 6000MHz with 40CL instead. It's not perfect, but it's a decent deal considering the circumstances. I plan on upgrading later.
