Your build looks solid! One suggestion might be to swap the motherboard for either a Gigabyte B850 Eagle or an MSI B850 Gaming Plus to save some cash. Then, you could use that extra budget to upgrade to a RX 9070XT — the price difference isn’t huge. Also, while the Crucial P310 is decent, consider a TLC drive for better performance in the long run. As for the PSU, I'd recommend jumping to an 850W if you can, for better efficiency, especially if you plan to upgrade later. Check out the SPL PSU Tier List for some good options! By the way, I hadn’t heard of those fans before, but they should do fine.
Everything seems good to me!
This is a really strong build for a first PC, honestly. The 7800X3D paired with that GPU is a fantastic combination for gaming; you shouldn’t run into any bottlenecks. The RAM is also solid—6400 CL32 is definitely a sweet spot. Just a heads-up: a 1TB SSD might fill up quicker than you think, and while the 750W PSU is okay, it could feel tight if you decide to upgrade in the future. Other than that, you’re all set, and I don’t see any red flags! 👍

I got a great deal on the RX 9070, so that’s why I chose it over the XT. I also found the SSD for $100, which is why I went with it. You’re probably right about the PSU being a bit tight, but I focused on keeping costs down, and it's an A-tier rated PSU.
