What do you think of my PC part list?

I've got my part list set up on PCPartPicker, but I have some doubts, specifically about the motherboard. I'm also undecided between CPU coolers and fans. I'd love to hear any suggestions or feedback on my choices! Here's the link to the list: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/vDybQd). I know the 4060 isn't the best option, so I'm looking for guidance on that, too.

You should consider switching to an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D. It's a powerhouse for gaming and gives you dramatic performance increases. Also, the Thermalright Peerless Assassin cooler is a great budget-friendly option that provides excellent cooling. Check out the full list I put together if you're interested: [PCPartPicker List](https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/Dh3LqH). Total comes to about $1955.32, and it's a solid build!

Thanks for the reply! Do you think the 5070 is worth it over the 4060? I mainly play casual games.
