Hey everyone! I've just set up a Kubernetes homelab that's running smoothly, and I'm looking for some project ideas to dive into. It could be anything from fun applications to technical challenges, or even something really complex that's tough to master. I'm open to any suggestions you might have, along with links if possible. Thanks a bunch for sharing your ideas!

Why not host Matomo? You can also use the MariaDB Operator to set up its database. It's a sweet way to get insights on your server's performance! Check it out on GitHub!

With my two-year-old K8s cluster, I’ve run a bunch of stuff like Nextcloud, Jellyfin, and Grafana. You might find that turning various services into K8s deployments will keep you busy. It’s all about experimenting and learning! Happy homelabbing!

That’s an inspiring list! Do you use a specific volume type for your GitLab setup?

How do you handle Qbittorrent? I struggled to get mine to work with a VPN for downloads.

You could try hosting Immich with the Flux Helm Operator. It's a fun project and taught me a lot about GitOps and CI/CD workflows!
