I'm looking for some advice on which GPU to get. My current setup includes a Ryzen 9 9800X3D, 64GB of DDR5 RAM, an NVME SSD, and I'm using a 3070ti right now. I don't really use ray tracing in my games, and I mostly play at 1440p. I've started getting into some local AI programs for things like D&D map prep, but I'm unsure if AMD cards can handle this well. The 9070xt seems like a good option for gaming and its price, but is it capable of handling local AI work too? There's about a $150 difference between the 5070ti and the 9070xt in my area. Does the 5070ti offer any significant advantages for my needs?

It really depends on the software you're using for your AI tasks and whether it's optimized for CUDA or not. If it isn’t reliant on CUDA, then an AMD card like the 9070xt should work perfectly fine for you.

I'm getting into Stable Diffusion 2.1 for my map generation with A1111. I heard there are ways to set up an LLM to create maps and add names to locations, but I’m struggling with the right model for that.
