What GPU Should I Get for My Intel i7-11700KF Without Causing a Bottleneck?

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU but want to avoid the fuss of getting a new motherboard or CPU. My primary tasks involve editing RAW footage in DaVinci Resolve, some work in Blender, and playing games. I currently have a monitor that runs at 2K but I plan to upgrade to 4K eventually. My current specs include an Intel i7-11700KF @ 3.60GHz, 32 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070. So, what's the best NVIDIA card I can get that won't be massively bottlenecked by my CPU?

Your CPU is still solid, so it really depends on your budget. The RX 9060 XT 16 GB or the RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB are good options for a cheaper upgrade.

If money isn't an issue, is the 5060 Ti the best choice? I was hoping for at least a 5070 Ti.
