I built my PC a while back and started off with a GTX 1060, then got a GTX 2060 for a good price from a friend. My current gaming setup has been pretty decent, but I'm starting to feel the limitations of my GPU. I've got two 4K monitors and two 1080p monitors and typically play casual games like GTA V, City Skylines, Minecraft, and some LEGO and Star Wars titles. My system is powered by a 14th gen i5 with 32GB of 3200MHz RAM and an NVME drive.
I can run most games at 4K with RTX enabled, though I usually lower the shadow and water quality to maintain decent frame rates of around 50-60 fps. However, when playing more demanding games, I like to keep YouTube running in HD on my second screen, and that can lead to stuttering. I've even turned off GPU acceleration in apps like Discord and Plex to avoid running out of VRAM.
I'm looking for suggestions on what graphics card I should consider upgrading to that would fit my gaming needs without breaking the bank, especially now that prices seem to have calmed down. Any recommendations?

I've heard good things about the A770 with 16GB of VRAM. I got it for a good price, but now it's going for around $100 more than I paid. Still, if you're okay with that pricing, it might handle your games well.
Considering your setup, a graphics card with 12GB or more of video memory would be ideal for smooth gaming at 4K. The RTX 3060 12GB or the RTX 4070 12GB are good options. If you're looking at AMD, the RX 9060 XT 16GB could also serve you well. These should help with the stuttering issue while gaming and having YouTube running at the same time.
If you're not in a hurry, I'd recommend keeping an eye on the RTX 5070 or 5070 Ti. I just switched from a 2060 to the 5070, and it's been fantastic! Everything runs super smoothly at 1440p. You might want to consider waiting for prices to stabilize a bit more if you can.
For a balance of price and performance, the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB or RTX 4060 Ti 16GB would also be solid choices. Nvidia cards are great for ray tracing, but AMD offers excellent performance at a better price point. Make sure whatever you choose has enough VRAM to handle your dual monitor setup!
