I'm looking for advice on compatible graphics cards for my AMD Ryzen 5 7600X. A friend suggested the MSI GeForce RTX 3060, but it's currently out of stock and I might not be able to get it anytime soon. I'd like to stick to a budget of $400-$450, and I'm not keen on spending over $500.
My main gaming goals are to run Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero at decent graphics settings. I'd also like to enjoy games like Baldur's Gate 3, Hollow Knight, Silksong, both Horizon titles, Overcooked 1 & 2, and Hades 1 & 2.
I don't usually play graphically demanding games (like League of Legends or Fortnite), and I currently run Genshin and HSR at max graphics on mobile. I'd love to replicate that graphics quality on a PC.
Also, I'm not very familiar with abbreviations related to components, so if you could explain any terms, that would be great! By the way, I'm based in the USA.

If you're flexible with the budget, you might want to skip the 3060 altogether unless it’s significantly cheaper. The RX 7700 XT is an excellent value in your price range and should handle all your games well. If prices are high, the RX 6750 XT is also a solid choice. I’d only consider the 4060 if it’s at a noticeable discount.
For your budget, I recommend aiming for the RX 9060 XT 16GB. You don't really need to consider the RTX 3060 since it's from two generations ago, unless you're finding it for a steal.
If you're in the US, consider looking at the RX 5060 Ti 16GB or the RX 9060 XT 16GB. These options are great for 1440p gaming, especially if you're planning to max out titles like Baldur's Gate 3 and both Horizon games. If you're sticking to 1080p for Genshin, an RX 5060 should be adequate since it won't require more than 8GB of VRAM.

Just so you know, with a 7600X, you might find it bottlenecking a bit with the 5060 Ti. I had that combo, and I couldn't fully utilize the GPU until I upgraded my CPU.
