What graphics card should I upgrade to alongside my Ryzen 3600?

Hey everyone! I'm currently running a Ryzen 3600 with a GTX 1660 Super, 16GB of RAM, and a 600W PSU (Be Quiet System Power 9). I'm looking to upgrade my setup to handle the latest AAA games at full HD on my 280Hz monitor. I'm considering a few options: the 5070 with 12GB, which I think would work well with my CPU, or the 9060XT 16GB since it's cheaper but lacks DLSS support. There's also the 5060 Ti for 460 euros, but I'm not sure it offers the best value for performance. What's your advice on the best way to upgrade? I'm willing to spend a bit more if it improves performance significantly.

I'd recommend going for the 5070 along with a Ryzen 5 5600 or 5800X3D. If you're concerned about your PSU, undervolting the 5070 could help keep things stable!
