I'm about to buy a motherboard for my PC today since it's selling out, but I won't have all the parts until the end of October. If I start building it and discover the motherboard is defective, will Amazon give me a refund or replacement after the 30-day period?

It's a bit of a gamble. You might save on costs now but could end up dealing with a tricky warranty process later. Maybe consider waiting a bit!
No refunds past 30 days; you’d have to deal with the manufacturer’s RMA process for defects. Also, low stock warnings can be misleading—my motherboard showed low stock once but was restocked right after!
In the US, Amazon usually has a 30-day return window. Once that window closes, you'd need to go through the manufacturer's warranty for any defective product. So, keep that in mind before purchasing!
Unless it's a special holiday return period, you won’t get a refund after 30 days. Best to check if it's truly selling out or if you can wait to buy it later!
Thanks for the heads up! I might just hold off until I can build the whole PC.
Exactly! That’s why it's suggested to buy all your components close to your build date to avoid potential return hassles.
