I'm currently rocking a GTX 1060 6GB, an i7-3770K processor, 16GB of RAM, and an old ASROCK motherboard. I'm planning to upgrade because I want to play Borderlands 4. I'm looking for suggestions on components, but I have to keep the budget in mind and can't go for the most expensive options. Ideally, I'd like a GPU with 16GB of VRAM and need a new motherboard as well. I have two 27-inch 165Hz monitors, so I'm mostly gaming in Full HD. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Considering your current setup, you might be looking at a nearly complete overhaul of your system. Replacing the motherboard typically means you'll also need to change out the CPU and RAM since new motherboards may not support older components. Plus, keep in mind that even with a modern GPU, your current CPU could bottleneck performance.
Yeah, I'm aiming to replace the mobo, RAM, GPU, and CPU altogether.
