I've been hearing a strange noise from my PC since I built it. Initially, I thought it might be my power supply, so I replaced it, but the sound persists and even gets louder when my FPS increases. Strangely, I can also hear it in my headphones, which makes me think it might be coming through my sound card. Can anyone help me identify this issue?

Coil whine is pretty common, especially with certain components like capacitors in your PSU or graphics card. It happens when they vibrate under load, which could explain why the sound gets worse with higher FPS. It's not dangerous and won't hurt your PC, but if it's bothersome, you might want to look into getting a different model or see if anything can be dampened.
Yeah, coil whine can be a bit annoying, but as long as everything's working fine, it shouldn’t be a big deal. It sounds like yours is just more sensitive, especially since you can hear it in your headphones. If it really bugs you, you could try using noise-dampening materials around the case.
