I'm looking to buy a new GPU and my budget includes options like the RX 7600, RTX 4060, and RTX 5060. My current setup uses an Intel i3-10100, and I'm aware there will be some bottlenecking. I'm planning to upgrade my CPU to a newer model in about 1-2 years when RAM prices hopefully decrease, as they are extremely high in my country right now.

All of these GPUs utilize x8 PCI-E links, meaning they'll perform similarly when paired with a PCI-E 3.0 bus like your current setup. If you're planning a future upgrade to a motherboard that supports PCI-E 5.0, the RTX 5060 would be the top performer.
If you can stretch your budget a bit, consider getting the RX 9060 XT with 16GB VRAM; it’s a solid long-term investment. Also, if it’s possible to eventually upgrade to the i5 10600K later on, that would really boost your performance. Don’t skimp now, and it’ll pay off in the long run!
The RTX 5060 would be the fastest option among these GPUs. Just keep your budget in mind, as prices can vary quite a bit between models.
For 1080p gaming, I'd suggest the RX 6600. It's very power-efficient and provides excellent performance without stressing your i3-10100 too much in demanding games.
I was also considering the RX 6600, but I feel like opting for a higher card would give me more longevity once I upgrade my processor next year.
Go for the best GPU that your power supply can handle, as that will give you the best performance for your money.

Sounds good! I’ll likely go for the RTX 5060 since the price difference from the 4060 is minimal in my area.
