I'm building a PC and need suggestions for a water cooler for my i9 12900KF. I've read that some coolers might struggle to dissipate the heat and could potentially damage the CPU. I'm looking for something that's black in color and priced under €90. What do you recommend?

If you're looking for something that works well, I’m using a Thermalright AIO with my 12900KF and it does a great job. You could check out the Thermalright Frozen Warframe Pro, which is a solid option. Another recommendation is the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360, which should be around your budget and offers excellent cooling performance.
Not sure why you’re going for the 12900KF since it’s been around for a while, but it can still perform well without degradation issues. It's competitive with the newer models like the 13700K and 14700K, so it makes sense if you’re looking for good performance without breaking the bank.
You might want to consider the Arctic Cooling Liquid Freezer 3. Depending on your case, you can choose between the 280mm, 360mm, or even 420mm versions. Just be sure not to go for anything smaller than 280mm, as a 240mm cooler might not handle that CPU's heat effectively.

That's a good point! I just think it's a solid option for price-to-performance, plus I've heard good things.
