What Kiosk App Should I Use for Lobby Check-Ins?

Hey everyone! Our organization is planning to set up an iPad in our lobby to streamline guest check-ins, replacing the old-fashioned sign-in book. We're aiming for a solution that's simple with minimal integration and easy management. Ideally, it would just send an email notification to our facilities team for log keeping. I'm curious about what apps or services you're all using these days. I've come across some posts recommending the Envoy app, but I'd love to hear any other suggestions!

You should check out SwipedOn! It allows you to lock the iPad into a single-app kiosk mode, preventing anyone from tampering with it. The web portal is super user-friendly, and you can even upload custom documents, create questionnaires, and take visitor photos to print on temporary badges. Plus, it emails the host the visitor's photo and alerts them if someone forgets to check out.

This looks great, thanks for the tip! I've been wanting to upgrade my setup for ages but kept putting it off.

I also recommend Envoy! It's been around for a while and still stands strong as a reliable option for visitor management.
