I'm thinking about switching to Linux and I'm looking for a beginner-friendly distribution that has a visual feel similar to Windows, especially since I primarily use my computer for gaming. Any recommendations?

I’d definitely recommend Linux Mint! It has a user interface that’s quite similar to Windows and is super easy to set up. A lot of users, including my clients, have had great experiences with it!
You might want to check out Zorin OS as well. It’s designed to be more user-friendly and looks pretty similar to Windows. If gaming is your main thing, don’t forget to install Steam and Lutris; they can help run Windows games, although keep in mind some won't work due to anti-cheat systems.
If you're heavy into gaming, you might want to look at Bazzite or CachyOS, as they’re optimized for performance. But for easy use and reliability, Linux Mint still stands out as the best for newcomers.
For gaming purposes, Mint is a solid choice, but you could also explore distros with KDE environments like Kubuntu. They have a Windows-like interface too but can be a bit trickier for beginners. Test them out using a live USB to see which one fits your style!
