I'm looking for some advice on which Linux distribution would suit my needs the best. I've dabbled with Manjaro and Ubuntu before, so I have a bit of experience. I'm comfortable using terminal commands, though I'm not a pro. My PC is primarily for content creation, coding, and gaming.
Here are my specs:
- AMD R5 5600x
- RTX 3050 8GB
- 32GB RAM
- Asus Prime B450 Plus
Any recommendations for a distro that would work well for my use case?

You might want to check out Fedora! I switched to it from Pop!_OS, and it fits my needs perfectly for both gaming and productivity. Plus, it has good support for the latest software.
I'd suggest CachyOS or even OpenSUSE. They're both user-friendly and have a community to back you up if you run into any issues. You really can't go wrong with any of the mainstream distros, just pick one that feels right for you.
If gaming is a top priority, you could consider Nobara or Pop!_OS as they are tailored for gaming and content creation. They both have nice setups for running games smoothly and come with a lot of support. Also, Garuda is marketed as a gaming distro, so you might want to look into that as well!
Really, any distro should work fine for your setup since you're not on ancient hardware. It's more about what your preferences are. If you're curious about your exact needs, could you clarify what you're hoping for in a UI or specific features? That would help a lot!
Honestly, most distros can handle coding, gaming, and media creation, so it comes down to personal taste. If I were you, I'd stick with something familiar, like Ubuntu or Mint, since you've tried them before. Debian might be a solid pick too, especially with a new version coming out soon!
I mainly use my PC for content creation, Coding and gaming.
