I recently installed Debian, but I'm really struggling with it—especially getting the wifi to work after hours of trying. I'm looking for a more user-friendly Linux distribution that won't give me headaches with dependency installations. Also, just to note, I'm learning to code. Any recommendations?

You might want to check out MX Linux with the Xfce desktop environment. It comes with a lot of drivers preinstalled, which could help with your wifi issues. Also, what's the make and model of your computer? Keeping your BIOS updated can make a big difference too!
Linux Mint is another popular choice! It's designed to be easy to use right out of the box and would likely save you from dealing with lots of dependencies.
Most GUI-based Linux options I've tried, like Manjaro, are pretty friendly. It's fast and arch-based, so while it's a bit newer, everything is mainly GUI-based with KDE Plasma. You'd only need to use the command line for the package manager, AUR. Installing "yay" makes things super easy. I didn't have to deal with driver issues in the first several months of using it!
Have you thought about giving Fedora a shot? It's quite user-friendly and has lots of support.
That sounds interesting! I might give Manjaro a try after all. Thanks for the tip!
