What Linux Distro Works Best for an Old Samsung P560 Laptop?

I'm looking for advice on what Linux distribution would run well on my Samsung P560 laptop (model NP-P560-AS01IT). It has 4GB of RAM, which is the max capacity it can handle. I recently upgraded from an HDD to an SSD, but it struggles to run Windows 7. The laptop is powered by an Intel Centrino Duo processor with a 64-bit architecture and has a dedicated graphics card. The BIOS is an older Phoenix SecureCore version (07LU). I've already tried Linux Mint in both XFCE and MATE, as well as a few versions of Zorin, but it keeps restarting before loading the OS preview. Any suggestions?

You might want to check out AntiX Linux. It's designed specifically for older hardware and should work better on your laptop than some of the more modern distros. It's lightweight and should help you get a smoother experience without those restarts you’ve been having.

I heard someone mention TinyCore Linux too—might that suit my setup? Thanks for the tip!
