I'm looking for suggestions on portable monitors that support VGA input. I often need to gather additional tools for work and yesterday I found myself needing a monitor for enterprise equipment. I ended up taking one from a colleague's desk, leaving an "IOU" note. What are you all using for portable monitors that can work with VGA?

I’m really enjoying my Dell portable monitor with USB-C. It’s lightweight and perfect for travel. Check it out— it’s full HD and relatively affordable.
I had a cool USB-C monitor that used to turn my phone into a big touchpad. Not sure if it's still available, but for VGA, maybe check out this portable touchscreen monitor I found on Amazon. It seems to have good compatibility for various setups!
Our team has been pretty satisfied with this USB laptop console crash cart adapter. It's a bit on the pricey side, though— like $648.99! But it does the job well for connecting to various devices when needed.
I've found a simple laptop and a USB capture card work for me, but I know some people have had nightmares with VGA capture. If you've got specific suggestions, I'd love to hear them!
Honestly, VGA capture can be a real pain; it’s good to hear some other options.
You can find some budget-friendly 7" monitors on Amazon. Just keep in mind what you mainly need to see— if it's VGA outputs from servers or NVR devices, make sure to check compatibility before buying!
Yeah, my main concern is seeing VGA outputs from different devices, like servers and a DEC Alpha, which is an old but reliable machine.
Wow, that's a bit steep for a monitor solution!
