What Power Supply Should I Choose for My Gaming PC?

I've just upgraded my PC case to a Corsair 600T and I want to ensure I've got the right power supply. My specs include an MSI B550M motherboard, an R5 5600 CPU, a 6700XT GPU, and a decent amount of storage with multiple SSDs and HDDs. Currently, I'm using a Silverstone 600W PSU, but it's 50W under the recommended requirement for my GPU. I've been using it without issues for a few years, but I'm unsure if it can handle my full setup now that I've added more components. What wattage should I be looking for in a new PSU? Ideally, I'm hoping for something budget-friendly. Thanks in advance for any advice!

If you want a quiet option, check out the be quiet! Pure Power 13 M 750W. It's known for being silent compared to others, which is great if noise is a concern for you.

But I need a budget PSU...

I think an MSI MAG 650BN 80+ Bronze could be a solid choice for around $50-60. It should provide enough power for your setup without breaking the bank!

Do HDDs really use that much wattage?

Honestly, even a 450W power supply could handle your rig; the GPU's wattage recommendation is on the high side. My own setup with an RTX 3060 Ti only draws about 250-270W while gaming, so a 650W PSU would give you some headroom for extra storage.

Thanks! So a 650W should work well for what I plan to add.
