What PSU do I need for my 7800x3d and 9070XT build?

Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building a new PC with these components: Ryzen 7800x3d, Sapphire Nitro+ 9070XT, a 2TB NVMe (980 Pro), and 32GB of Trident Z Neo RGB RAM (2x16GB). I'm currently looking for a power supply unit (PSU) as I live in Greece and found a modular BeQuiet Pure Power 12 M 1000W for about 150 euros. Would you recommend a different PSU in a similar price range for my build? Or should I consider the 850W version instead? By the way, I found a Greek price meta search for PSUs here: [Skroutz](https://www.skroutz.gr/c/30/psu-trofodotika.html?lang=en&store_lang=true). Also, I just realized the Pure Power 12M is ATX 3.0, not 3.1, which is something to think about for a new build.

I think 1000W is a bit too much for your setup. Going with something in the 750W range would be more efficient and save you from higher power draw. If you're looking to future-proof a little, 850W could be a good sweet spot. That should handle your components well without overkill.

I aimed for 1000W because the 9070XT needs a minimum of 800W. Plus, I've heard the 9070XTs can sometimes cause current spikes, so a higher wattage PSU seems safer for stability. I'm still leaning towards 850W, though. Just realized I also messed up; the Pure Power 12M is actually ATX 3.0, not 3.1.
